Note!
Reduce the volume before using or connecting the headphones. If the volume is too high in the
headphones, your hearing may be damaged.
CLEANING AND MAINTAINING
NOTE: Before cleaning you should always disconnect the plug from the electrical outlet and let the
device cool down.
• The device, the cord or the plug should never be placed in water or any other liquid for cleaning.
Clean them with a dry cloth.
• In case of heavy dirt on the outside of the device it may be carefully wiped with a moist cloth and
afterwards dried carefully. Make sure that no liquid enters the device in the area of the function
key.
• For cleaning never use any aggressive means of cleaning, steel brushes or other hard devices,
which might damage the surface.
CD
• Always use CD's with the following logo:
NOTES ON HANDLING CD's
• Take the CD out of the cover and put it in the device.
• Don't touch the blank surface while doing so.
• Don't put any labels on them and don't write on the surface.
• Don't bend the CD.
STORING
• Store the CDs in the cover.
• Do not expose to direct sunlight, high temperatures, high moisture or dusty places.
CLEANING A CD
• If the CD is dirty (with dust, dirt or fingerprints), you may wipe them off with a cloth.
• Clean the CD from the middle towards the edges.
• Never use gasoline, solvent, tape cleaning liquid or antistatic sprays.
• Always close the CD compartment properly, so no dust will get to the lens.
• Don't touch the optical lens.
PUTTING IN BATTERIES
• Pres the lock on the cover over the battery compartment down and take the cover away.
• Enter the 8 batteries of type D (R 20) in according with the marking of the poles.
• Put the cover back in place and press it down, until you hear it lock.
• If the batteries are too weak, the device will not function correctly. Chance the batteries in plenty of
time.
