IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

• Connect this device to a correctly installed electrical outlet. Don't use any junction box or extension
cord.
• The voltage listed on the device must be the same as the current coming from your electrical
installation.
• When placing the electric cord you should make sure that you will not stumble over it, when using
the device.
• Keep the device, the cord and the plug away from warm surfaces, open fires and sharp edges.
• Never touch the device, the cord or the plug with moist or wet hands.
• Never put the device, the cord or the plug in water or other liquids. Your life will be at risk if you
get an electric shock!
• When you pull the plug, you should always pull the plug and not the cable.
• Make sure that the plug is always freely available.
• Never use the device outside.
• Don't expose the device to direct sunlight.
• Always place the device on stable, flat ground.
• Never leave the device unattended when using.
• Children will not recognize the dangers, which may emerge from using electric devices. Keep
children away from the device. Be particularly careful using the device, when children are around!
• Don't use the device if there appears to be any sign of damage resulting from it having been
dropped or if it does not work correctly.
• Check the device, the cord and the plug regularly for visible faults. Never use the device, if any
visible faults were found. Don't try to repair the device yourself.
• Repairs must only be carried out by qualified technicians.
Don't use the device as a platform for decorations such as vases or similar, which may be placed on
the device.
• Make sure that there is at least 10 cm free space around the perimeter, in order to allow sufficient
ventilation.
• In case of thunder or if you are not around for a long period (e.g. holiday), you should disconnect
the plug. If you are not around for an extended period, you should remove the batteries from the
remote control.
• This device is only suitable for use in private households, not for commercial use.
