The light source must only be wiped with a slightly moistened cloth. In no case must liquid
be allowed to enter the instrument. Afterwards rub dry with a dry cloth.
If easily flammable solutions are used, the instrument must first be disconnected from the
mains power supply and allowed to cool down, as it could otherwise catch fire.
