Once having put in function this mode the clock cannot be stopped by pushing any button
unintentionally. The elapsed - time - mode can only be stopped by pushing buttons

3. Local - Time - Mode
This mode allows you to set the clock on any completed minute to corresponding minute of
the local - time.
