with the peg for connection to the motor device. The connection is locked in

place by turning the hose through approximately 15° in a clockwise direction.
The end of the hose with the seal is inserted into the opening of the whirlpool
mat (see diagram 4).
6. Fill the bathtub in the usual manner with water. Do not use any salts or strongly
foaming additives in the bath!
1. Unwind the mains lead completely.
2. Insert the plug into a properly installed 230 V, 50 Hz power socket.
3. Avoid operating the motor device with wet hands. Place the remote control
somewhere within your reach before you get into the bath.
4. Select two or four-row jet operation on the hose connection (see diagram 4). If
necessary, use the inflatable air cushion.
5. After you have sat down in the bath, switch on the device using the POWER
button on your remote control.
6. You can now use the remote control to select a switch-off time of between 15
and 60 minutes and a whirlpool strength between High (HI), Medium (MED)
and Low (LO) (see diagram 2). The first few times you use the device you
should not exceed a bathing time of 15 minutes. You can extend this time sub-
sequently depending on how well you tolerate the whirlpool.
7. If you would like to stop the whirlpool, switch the motor off using the POWER
button on your remote control.
8. Remove the power cable from the socket only after you have dried yourself
completely.
• Remove the mains plug from the socket.
• Disconnect the hose and the whirlpool mat from the motor device. Clean these
accessories in soapy water using a hand shower. Any residues on the mat can
be removed with a soft brush.
• The housing of the motor device can be wiped off with a slightly moistened
cloth. Do not immerse the motor device in water!
• Allow the accessories to dry before you put them away. The whirlpool mat can
be folded together again to save space.
The battery of the remote control is a long-life lithium cell. If the range of the remote
control is reduced during use, please proceed as follows:
• Open the battery compartment on the back of the remote control.
• Replace the cell by a battery of the same type. Ensure correct polarity (see the
floor of the battery compartment or the imprint on the outside).
• Then close the battery lid.
