Intentional Emitter per RSS 210

Embedded in your Tablet PC are various Radio Frequency (RF) wireless
communication devices. It may contain one or more Radio type devices that operate in
the 450-1550 KHz band, as well as devices that operate in the 2.4 or 5.8 GHz Band.
All Radio type devices embedded in your Tablet PC comply with the RSS 210 and
RSS-102 standards of the Industry Canada. Operation is subject to the following two
conditions: (1) this device may not cause interference, and (2) this device must accept
any interference, including interference that may cause undesired operation of this
device.

damage your modem and void the warranty.
Any changes or modification not expressly approved by the party responsible for

compliance could void the user's authority to operate this equipment. The FCC
requires that you be notified that any changes or modifications made to this device
that are not expressly approved by Motion Computing, Inc. may void your authority
to operate the equipment.

Telecommunication Devices/Modem Approvals
The Motion Tablet PC (LE1700 only) contains an internal modem that has been tested
to comply with Industry Canada Standards (RSS-132 & RSS-133) and has been tested
and found to comply with the guidelines for Human exposure to radiofrequnecy
electromagnetic fields according to Industry Canada Standard RSS-102. The maximum
Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) measured was 1.32 W/kg (EV-DO Rev.0) {PCS Band
