Using explorer 2 single handed:
Take your seat at the rear seat position. Dis-
tributing weight to the rear somewhat shor-
tens the waterline length. To counter balance
that, you may stow accessories or other items
(i.e. water canister) below decks at the bow.
The correct seat position:
► Take up an upright, slightly forward
pointing body posture in the boat.
► Feet are V-pointing and arranged at an
angle just over 90 degrees.
► Legs should be angled, with knees poin-
ting outward.

► Backrest - The push in backrest pre-
vents fatigue and backache. It slots into
the rear of the seat back panel between
the midship deck and seat.
► Steering device - enhances course hol-
ding, and change of direction.
► Spraycover - protects against spray, rain
and cold
► Bow/stern deck bag
complete with semi watertight zip at-
taches to the coaming eyelets by means
of 4 straps with hooks.
► luggage spider - hooks into the coam-
ing eyelets.
► Bow/ middle storage net - fits under
bow and midship decks and attaches to
existing eyelets or carrying lines.
► Boat Trolley - for convenient transport
ashore
► Safety floats - for additional tilt- and
capsize stability
► Drive Sails - for running downwind, re-
aching and free windward sailing.
► Trimaran sail rig

► Torqeedo sternmotor - for long, fa-
tigueproof trips

size, and is essential for motor bracket
attachment.
