Fold the stern to the inside and finish
rolling up the boat.
ATTENTION: Make sure there is no air
left in the boat!
 Tie up the rolled-up boat with the
packing rope.
ATTENTION: The boat may not be stored
in this condition for long periods of time!
(see „Care and Storage")
 Now you can pack your EXPLORER
with a rope.
ATTENTION: Check to see that all parts
are present!
 If there is still some air in the boat you
may not be able to fit it into the packing
sack or backpack. (In this care, unroll,
re-roll and re-fold the boat.)

EXPLORER 2 as 1-seater:
Seat on the rear seat. To balance the
weight, push a weight under the bow deck.

Back rest:
The back rest insure tireless travel and
protect against back pain.
Put the back rest in the slit between the seat
and the deck and take care that you put the
backrest also through the loop on the back
of the seat.
Steering device:
Simplify holding
manoeuvring your boat.
Spraydeck:
Furthermore, the luggage you may take
with you on the boat will be covered and
thus protected against falling out of the
boat. In cold weather, the spraydeck
provides comfortable warmth in the boat.
Bow/stern bag:
The waterproof welded bow/stern bag, with
a semi-waterproof zipper, be fixed with
four hooks on the perforated batten and
tighten with the belt.
Trimaran sails:
Your EXPLORER 1 or 2 is easy to make
into a sailing boat.
Even though the EXPLORER is not a
regatta yacht, it can be great fun to let
yourself be driven free of charge.
For steering you need the steering device.

Outrigger and motor mounting:
The outrigger gives the boat totally
protected against capsizing. You can use
the outrigger on one or both sides. Ideal
when climbing back in after swimming,
trips with children, for fishing or when a
side motor is used.
