Insert the inner column "J" into the outer column "K".
Attach the plastic cover onto the outer column
using screws and tighten all screws with the allen key.
Insert the two support arms into the guide rail on the
outer column.
Adjust support arms to the desired height. Make sure that the
two support arms at the same level are and tighten all screws
firmly to secure the support arms.

Attach the top plate on
the inner column using
screws and tighten all
screws with allen key
securely.
Set the desired height and fix the column's
with fixation knob "M".
