1. General
The blocking element 2 prevents access to the armed zone of an intrusion detection central unit
(IDCU). It was designed specially for use in a one-door
When the door is closed, a bolt automatically extends into the face of the door leaf and the
integrated bolt switching contact is simulateously activated.
After the intrusion detection central unit has been armed from a random location, the bolt is locked
in the extended position and thus prevents the door from being opened. After disarming, the door is
released again.
