13. Operation

a) Switching on/off
The product must remain in upright position for at least 2 hours prior to switching it on, in order for the
coolant to flow through the respective pipes.
When having switched off the product, wait for at least 3.5 minutes before turning the product on again. The
compressor could get damaged otherwise.
• Press the POWER button on the device or remote control to switch the device on or off.
When switching the product on for the first time, the system will activate the cooling mode by default. The
fan will be activated immediately. The compressor will turn on 3 minutes later. During those 3 minutes, the
ice crystal indicator lights up. After the 3 minutes have elapsed, the ice crystal indicator lights up steadily.
