The adjusting controls (4/5) are both control dials and push buttons.
Attention! When adjusting voltage or current via adjusting controls, push
controls quickly. Do not push and hold controls for more than 3 seconds.
Turn the control clockwise to increase the value. Turn the control anti-clockwise to reduce
the value.
To set higher values more quickly, briefly press the respective control. The digit to be
set starts flashing. Press the control quickly and repeatedly until the required number is
reached. Set the number by turning the control.
After setting the value, press the control again until the display stops flashing, or wait for
3 seconds without making any changes to the settings.

OPERATION

The power supply is not a charger. To charge batteries, use suitable chargers
with a charging current cut-off.
Use wires with a cross section of 0.75 mm² minimum and a maximum length
of 3 m.
Always turn the device off when it is not in use.
a) Connection options:
Negative supply voltage: Connection to - terminal and earth (GND)
Positive supply voltage: Connection to + terminal and earth (GND)
Floating ground supply voltage: Connection to + and – terminals
b) Setting the product up
1. Ensure the power switch (1) is set to position 0 = OFF.
2. Connect the power cable to the earthed appliance connector plug (2).
3. Insert the mains plug into the wall socket.
4. Turn the product on by switching the power switch (1) to position I = ON. The display is now
activated.
5. To turn the product off, switch the power switch (1) to position 0 = OFF.
6. If you will not be using the product for a longer period of time, unplug the mains plug.
c) Setting up the current limiting / the required output voltage (CV)
The power supply unit has an adjustable current limitation. It becomes
active (displaying CC) when the preset current limitation is exceeded due to
overloading or a short circuit. It electronically reduces the output voltage to
avoid damage to the power supply unit.
1. Set the required current threshold on the control for current limiting (5).
2. Set the required voltage using the control for output voltage (4).
3. To check the set values, press the relevant control once quickly (or, optionally, turn the
adjusting dial slightly in either direction). The set values for current limiting / output voltage
are then briefly shown on the LC display.
4. If the display shows CC, the current threshold is too low or the load requires more voltage/
current.
5. Adjust the setting until the display icon CV is shown.

CHANGING THE FUSE

If it is no longer possible to switch on the power unit, the mains fuse is probably defective.
Proceed as follows to replace the mains fuse:
1. Turn off the power supply unit and remove
all connecting cables from the unit. Pull the
mains plug from the rear connection.
2. Remove the rear fuse holder with a suitable
screwdriver from the bracket.
3. Replace the defective fuse with a new fine-
wire fuse of the same type and rated current:
T2 A 250 V.
4. Replace the fuse carefully into the fuse
holder.
DISPOSAL
Electronic devices are recyclable waste and must not be disposed of in the
household waste.
At the end of its service life, dispose of the product according to the relevant
statutory regulations.
You thus fulfil your statutory obligations and contribute to the protection of the environment.
