Insert the batteries correctly in the product

Re-install the product on the radiator
Bolt on the fixing ring and ensure that there is less distance between
the radiator and the thermostat head.
Loosen the ring and ensure that there is more distance between the
radiator and the thermostat head.
Disconnect one external device of the smart thermostat head or
disconnect all external devices of the smart thermostat head
