2. Signs and symbols

The following symbols appear in these instructions or on the unit.

3. Intended use

The straightener must be used only for individual, private straightening and shaping
of hair!
Warning
Use the unit only:
• For external use
• For the purpose for which it was developed and in the manner specified in these
instructions for use.
Any improper use can be dangerous!
Danger The unit must not be used in the vicinity of water
or in water
(e.g. washbasin, shower, bathtub) – risk of electric
shock!
