Assembly
• Turn off water supply
• Install Exafill and connect to pipe system (fig. 1).
• Testfilling of the bath tub.
• Flushing of the pipes.
(mixer open - flush plug open) (fig. 2)
• Pressure test of the pipes between mixer and flush plug
(flush plug closed - mixer open) (fig. 3).
Test pressure max 1 MPa (10 bar)
Pressure test max. 10 min
• Perform leckage test (fig. 4)
• afterwards close the mixer!
Exafill in combinaton with ibox
universal
• Turn off the water at the shut-off valve for the floor
• Disassemble the flush body (fig. 5)
• Put plug (A) in outlet for the Exafill
• Install flush body
• Water could turned on, the pipe to the Exafill is cloesed
by the plug
While the pressure test is on some water still comes out
of the test plug. This is to remind the plumber to shut off
the mixer after the pressure test.

• Water afsluiten
• Bad plaatsen, Exafill garnituur monteren en aan leiding
verbinden (Afb. 1)
• Testvullen van de badkuip
• Doorspoelen van de leidingen
(kraan geopend - testuitloop geopend) (Afb. 2)
• Testen van de leidingdruk tussen de kraan en de
testuitloop
(testuitloop gesloten - kraan geopend) (Afb. 3)
druk max. 1 MPa (10 bar)
testduur max. 10 min
• op dichtheid testen (Afb. 4)
• hierna kraan weer sluiten!

• Hoofdkraan sluiten
• Spoelblok demonteren (Afb. 5)
• Stop (A) in uitgang Exafill plaatsen
• Spoelblok monteren
• Hoofdkraan openen
De restwaterstraal bij het testen van de kraan is
normaal. De straal herinnert u eraan de kraan na de test
te sluiten.
