• All consum er product s are subj ect t o a 24- m ont h w arrant y on
product ion flaws and defect ive m at erial as from t he original dat e of
purchase.
• Vellem an® can decide t o replace an art icle wit h a n equivalent
art icle, or t o refund t he ret ail value t ot ally or part ially when t he
com plaint is valid and a free repair or replacem ent of t he art icle is
im possible, or if t he expenses are out of proport ion.
You will be delivered a replacing art icle or a refund at t he value of
100% of t he purchase price in case of a flaw occurred in t he first
year aft er t he dat e of purchase and delivery, or a replacing art icle at
50% of t he purchase price or a refund at t he value of 50% of t he
ret ail value in case of a flaw occurred in t he second year aft er t he
dat e of purchase and delivery.

- all direct or indirect dam age caused aft er delivery t o t he art icle
( e.g. by oxidat ion, shocks, falls, dust , dirt , hum idit y...) , and by t he
art icle, as well as it s cont ent s ( e.g. dat a loss) , com pensat ion for loss
of profit s;
- consum able goods, part s or accessories t hat are subj ect t o an aging
process during norm al use, such as bat t eries ( rechargeable, non-
rechargeable, built - in or replaceable) , lam ps, rubber part s, drive
belt s... ( unlim it ed list ) ;
- flaws result ing from fire, wat er dam age, light ning, accident , nat ural
disast er, et c....;
- flaws caused deliberat ely, negligent ly or result ing from im proper
handling, negligent m aint enance, abusive use or use cont rary t o t he
m anufact urer's inst ruct ions;
- dam age caused by a com m ercial, professional or collect ive use of
t he art icle ( t he warrant y validit y will be reduced t o six ( 6) m ont hs
when t he art icle is used professionally) ;
- dam age result ing from an inappropriat e packing and shipping of t he
art icle;
- all dam age caused by m odificat ion, repair or alt erat ion perform ed
by a t hird part y wit hout writ t en perm ission by Vellem an® .
• Art icles t o be repaired m ust be delivered t o your Vellem an® dealer,
solidly packed ( preferably in t he original packaging) , and be
com plet ed wit h t he original receipt of purchase and a clear flaw
descript ion.
• Hint : I n order t o save on cost and t im e, please r e read t he m anual
and check if t he flaw is caused by obvious causes prior t o present ing
t he art icle for repair. Not e t hat ret urning a non- defect ive art icle can
also involve handling cost s.
• Repairs occurring aft er warrant y expirat ion are s ubj ect t o shipping
cost s.
• The above condit ions are wit hout prej udice t o all com m ercial
warrant ies.

aan st rikt e kwalit eit seisen en aan de wet t elij ke bepalingen geldig in
de EU. Om de kwalit eit t e waarborgen, ondergaan onze product en op
regelm at ige t ij dst ippen een ext ra kwalit eit scont role, zowel door onze
eigen kwalit eit safdeling als door ext erne gespecialiseerde
organisat ies. Mocht er ondanks deze voorzorgen t och een probleem
opt reden, dan kunt u st eeds een beroep doen op onze waarborg ( zie
waarborgvoorwaarden) .

• Op alle consum ent engoederen geldt een garant ieper i ode van 24
m aanden op product ie- en m at eriaalfout en en dit vanaf de
oorspronkelij ke aankoopdat um .
• I ndien de klacht gegrond is en een grat is reparat i e of vervanging
van een art ikel onm ogelij k is of indien de kost en hiervoor buit en
verhouding zij n, kan Vellem an® beslissen het desbet reffende art ikel
t e vervangen door een gelij kwaardig art ikel of de aankoopsom van
het art ikel gedeelt elij k of volledig t erug t e bet alen. I n dat geval krij gt
u een vervangend product of t erugbet aling t er waarde van 100% van
de aankoopsom bij ont dekking van een gebrek t ot één j aar na
aankoop en levering, of een vervangend product t egen 50% van de
kost prij s of t erugbet aling van 50 % bij ont dekking na één j aar t ot 2
j aar.
• Va lt n ie t on de r w a a r bor g:
- alle recht st reekse of onrecht st reekse schade na de levering
veroorzaakt aan het t oest el ( bv. door oxidat ie, schokken, val, st of,
vuil, vocht ...) , en door het t oest el, alsook zij n inhoud ( bv. verlies van
dat a) , vergoeding voor event uele winst derving.
- verbruiksgoederen, onderdelen of hulpst ukken die onderhevig zij n
aan veroudering door norm aal gebruik zoals bv. bat t erij en ( zowel
oplaadbare als niet - oplaadbare, ingebouwd of vervangbaar) , lam pen,
rubberen onderdelen, aandrij friem en... ( onbeperkt e lij st ) .
- defect en t en gevolge van brand, wat erschade, bliksem , ongevallen,
nat uurram pen, enz.
- defect en veroorzaakt door opzet , nalat igheid of door een
onoordeelkundige behandeling, slecht onderhoud of abnorm aal
gebruik of gebruik van het t oest el st rij dig m et de voorschrift en van
de fabrikant .
- schade t en gevolge van een com m ercieel, professioneel of collect ief
gebruik van het apparaat ( bij professioneel gebruik wordt de
garant ieperiode herleid t ot 6 m aand) .
- schade veroorzaakt door onvoldoende bescherm ing bij t ransport
van het apparaat .
- alle schade door wij zigingen, reparat ies of m odificat ies uit gevoerd
door derden zonder t oest em m ing van Vellem an® .
• Toest ellen dienen t er reparat ie aangeboden t e wor d en bij uw
Vellem an® - verdeler. Het t oest el dient vergezeld t e zij n van het
oorspronkelij ke aankoopbewij s. Zorg voor een degelij ke verpakking
( bij voorkeur de originele verpakking) en voeg een duidelij ke
fout om schrij ving bij .
• Tip: alvorens het t oest el voor reparat ie aan t e b ieden, kij k nog
eens na of er geen voor de hand liggende reden is waarom het
t oest el niet naar behoren werkt ( zie handleiding) . Op deze wij ze kunt
u kost en en t ij d besparen. Denk eraan dat er ook voor niet - defect e
t oest ellen een kost voor cont role aangerekend kan worden.
• Bij reparat ies buit en de waarborgperiode zullen t r ansport kost en
aangerekend worden.
• Elke com m erciële garant ie laat deze recht en onver m inderd.

qualit é, nous soum et t ons régulièrem ent nos produit s à des cont rôles
de qualit é supplém ent aires, t ant par not re propre service qualit é que
par un service qualit é ext erne. Dans le cas im probable d'un défaut
m algré t out es les précaut ions, il est possible d'invoquer not re
garant ie ( voir les condit ions de garant ie) .

• t out produit grand public est garant i 24 m ois con t re t out vice de
product ion ou de m at ériaux à dat er du j our d'acquisit ion effect ive ;
• si la plaint e est j ust ifiée et que la réparat ion ou le rem placem ent
d'un art icle est j ugé im possible, ou lorsque les coût s s'avèrent
disproport ionnés, Vellem an® s'aut orise à rem placer ledit art icle par
un art icle équivalent ou à rem bourser la t ot alit é ou une part ie du prix
d'achat . Le cas échéant , il vous sera consent i un art icle de
rem placem ent ou le rem boursem ent com plet du prix d'achat lors
d'un défaut dans un délai de 1 an après l'achat et la livraison, ou un
art icle de rem placem ent m oyennant 50% du prix d'achat ou le
rem boursem ent de 50% du prix d'achat lors d'un défaut après 1 à 2
ans.

- t out dom m age direct ou indirect survenu à l'art icle après livraison
( p.ex. dom m age lié à l'oxydat ion, choc, chut e, poussière, sable,
im puret é...) et provoqué par l'appareil, ainsi que son cont enu ( p.ex.
pert e de données) et une indem nisat ion évent uelle pour pert e de
revenus ;
- t out e pièce ou accessoire nécessit ant un rem placem ent causé par
un usage norm al com m e p.ex. piles ( rechargeables com m e non
rechargeables, int égrées ou rem plaçables) , am poules, pièces en
caout chouc, courroies... ( list e illim it ée) ;
- t out dom m age qui résult e d'un incendie, de la foudre, d'un
accident , d'une cat ast rophe nat urelle, et c. ;
- out dom m age provoqué par une négligence, volont aire ou non, une
ut ilisat ion ou un ent ret ien incorrect , ou une ut ilisat ion de l'appareil
cont raire aux prescript ions du fabricant ;
- t out dom m age à cause d'une ut ilisat ion com m erciale,
professionnelle ou collect ive de l'appareil ( la période de garant ie sera
réduit e à 6 m ois lors d'une ut ilisat ion professionnelle) ;
- t out dom m age à l'appareil qui résult e d'une ut ilisat ion incorrect e ou
différent e que celle pour laquelle il a ét é init ialem ent prévu com m e
décrit dans la not ice ;
- t out dom m age engendré par un ret our de l'appareil em ballé dans
un condit ionnem ent non ou insuffisam m ent prot égé.
- t out e réparat ion ou m odificat ion effect uée par une t ierce personne
sans l'aut orisat ion explicit e de SA Vellem an® ; - frais de t ransport de
et vers Vellem an® si l'appareil n'est plus couvert sous la garant ie.
• t out e réparat ion sera fournie par l'endroit de l' a chat . L'appareil doit
nécessairem ent êt re accom pagné du bon d'achat d'origine et êt re
dûm ent condit ionné ( de préférence dans l'em ballage d'origine avec
m ent ion du défaut ) ;
• t uyau : il est conseillé de consult er la not ice e t de cont rôler câbles,
piles, et c. avant de ret ourner l'appareil. Un appareil ret ourné j ugé
défect ueux qui s'avère en bon ét at de m arche pourra faire l'obj et
d'une not e de frais à charge du consom m at eur ;
• une réparat ion effect uée en- dehors de la période de garant ie fera
l'obj et de frais de t ransport ;
• t out e garant ie com m erciale ne port e pas at t eint e aux condit ions
susm ent ionnées.
