Changing The Cutter - Lamello Profi la Pro plus Bedienungsanleitung

Application and moving parts
1. Plug in the machine or attach it to air supply
2. Loosen the fl ange of the base plate (1)
3. Set the baseplate (2) to the correct position by turning left or right
4. Set the ideal tool speed at the speed adjustment (3) (only with Profi la Pro plus)
5. To turn on the machine slide the switch forward (electric) resp. slide the blocking pin (4) backwards and push the
lever (5) (pneumatic)
6. Set the base plate (2) onto the work piece, apply the bearing (6) on the edge of the work piece run the machine
anti-clockwise around the work piece
7. To turn off the machine push the back end of the switch (electric) or let go of the lever (pneumatic)

Changing the cutter

1. Loosen the milling device (7) by turning the middle piece (8) (anti-clockwise)
2. Loosen the collet chuck with the spanners and remove the cutter (9)
3. Choose and insert the new collet chuck (6, 8 mm or ¼")
4. Insert the new cutter and clamp it with the spanners
5. Set the milling device (7) onto the machine again
6. Adjust the base plate (2) to the desired cutting depth again
