Front wheel take off:
Push the release button, to drop off the front wheel.

Front wheel lock:
switch up to lock the front wheel, down to swivel.

Rear wheel take off:
Push the release button and
pull out the rear wheel.

Brake:
Step on the pedal to brake. Pull up the
pedal to release the brake.
