You may terminate your license at any time. IBM may terminate your license if you fail to comply with the terms
and conditions of this license. In either event, you must destroy all your copies of the Program. You are respon-
sible for payment of any taxes, including personal property taxes, resulting from this license. Neither party may
bring an action, regardless of form, more than two years after the cause of action arose. If you acquired the Pro-
gram in the United States, this license is governed by the laws of the State of New York. If you acquired the
Program in Canada, this license is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario. Otherwise, this license is
governed by the laws of the country in which you acquired the Program.

Lasersicherheit
Dieser Drucker ist als Klasse 1 Laserprodukt vom U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) zer-
tifiziert.
Strahlungssicherheit, gemäß Radiation Control for Health and Safety Act aus dem Jahr 1968. Das bedeutet,
dass der Drucker keine schädliche Laserstrahlung abgibt. Da die im Druckerinneren emittierte Laserstrahlung
vollständig von Schutzgehäuse und Außenabdeckungen abgehalten wird, kann der Laserstrahl zu keinem Zeit-
punkt der Benutzung entweichen.

Dieser Drucker ist den U.S.A, gemäß DHHS 21 CFR Anforderungen, Unterkapitel für Klasse I (1) Laser-
produkte, und außerhalb der USA als Klasse I Laserprodukt, gemäß den IEC 60825-1 Anforderungen zertifi-
ziert.
GEFAHR: LASERSTRAHLUNG IM GEÖFFNETEN ZUSTAND. DIREKTEN KONTAKT MIT DEM LASER-
STRAHL VERMEIDEN.
