SGSEyE APP MANAGEMENT
Android and iOS)
1. Open the Internet Explorer browser on a device running
Windows which is also connected to the same local network as
the camera. Enter camera's IP address into browser's address
bar and log-in. Go to "Setup" tab" > "Network" > "P2P". Detailed
information on the camera will be displayed on the right side of
the screen (including Device ID and password (data necessary
for SGSEye app camera access).
2. Download "SGSEye" application from Google Play Store or
App Store.
3. Install the app.
4. Once the installation is completed, SGSEye app icon will
appear on the list of installed apps of your smartphone.
5. Open the app.
6. When using for the first time, user needs to register (press
"Register" and follow on-screen instructions and input
necessary data).
7. Open "Device Management" > "Devices", then press "+" icon,
and when the list is up, press the "+" icon again. You will see
configuration interface. Enter Device ID into "Device UID"
space, and password into "Password" space. Note: Device
ID and password necessary to connect to the camera can be
found on IE configuration page (see point 1) OR press [-] icon
to open code reader and scan QR code on the IE configuration
page („Setup" > „Network" > „P2P").
8. Press save icon to save changes.
IMS300 APP MANAGEMENT
1. Install IMS300 app. Application installation file is on the CD
included in the set.
2. Once the installation is complete, user will be able to access
the camera from the app.
FORGOTTEN PASSWORD
In case of forgotten password, use the reset button on the cable
from the camera. Press the button, and the device will restore
factory settings (password will be reset to default).

TROUBLESHOOTING

1. No picture after providing power
• Check the power supply voltage
• Check the proper connection of all the cables
2. Picture interference
• Check the monitor and peripheral equipment used
• Check the proper connection of all the cables
