Poor picture/sound quality
1. Make sure there is no mobile phone or microwave oven near the product.
2. Check that your dish alignment is correct.
3. Change the satellite dish for a larger one as this will increase the signal
levels received.
4. Replace the LNB with a lower noise factor.
5. Check the signal levels. The signal level may be affected by weather
conditions.
No or poor sound
1. Check that your AV/HDMI cable is correctly connected.
2. Check the volume levels of your TV set and the product.
3. Check if the product or TV is on mute.
4. Check audio type or soundtrack option. (where applicable)
Remote control does not operate.
1. The remote control unit should point directly towards the receiver.
2. Remove and reinsert the batteries in the remote control.
3. Replace the batteries in the remote control for a new set.
