Installation/Operation
The PDS65 is a versatile pendant-mounted loudspeaker designed for distributed audio applications requiring consistent sound coverage and
flexible installation. The unit supports both low impedance (8 ) and constant voltage (70V/100V) operation, selectable via an integrated rotary
operation mode selector. Multiple power tap settings enable precise system tuning and load balancing across installations.
The enclosure consists of a robust speaker housing with an integrated acoustic design to ensure uniform dispersion and reliable performance in open
environments. A protective speaker grille cover safeguards the internal driver while maintaining optimal acoustic transparency. The terminal connector
block provides secure and efficient electrical interfacing, while the cable retention plate screw assembly ensures strain relief and installation stability.
For installation, the PDS65 supports both suspended (pendant) and wall-mounted configurations. Suspension is achieved via the pendant
hanging screw and reinforced with a safety hanging cable for secondary protection. Wall installation utilizes a dedicated wall mount bracket with
corresponding back cover for secure and concealed mounting. Configuration-specific back covers are provided to maintain enclosure integrity
and protect internal connections.
The system is designed for ease of deployment in commercial environments such as retail spaces, public venues, and hospitality settings, where
reliability, safety, and installation flexibility are critical. Proper configuration and installation must follow standard electrical and mechanical safety
practices, particularly for 70V/100V systems, which require qualified personnel.

Installatie/Bediening
De PDS65 is een veelzijdige hangluidspreker, ontworpen voor gedistribueerde audiotoepassingen die een consistente geluidsdekking en flexibele installatie
vereisen. De unit ondersteunt zowel laagohmige werking (8 ) als constante spanningswerking (70V/100V), selecteerbaar via een geïntegreerde
draaischakelaar voor de bedrijfsmodus. Meerdere vermogensaftakkingen maken nauwkeurige systeemtuning en belastingverdeling over installaties mogelijk.
De behuizing bestaat uit een robuuste speakerbehuizing met een geïntegreerd akoestisch ontwerp om een gelijkmatige spreiding en
betrouwbare prestaties in open omgevingen te waarborgen. Een beschermend luidsprekerrooster beschermt de interne driver en behoudt
tegelijkertijd een optimale akoestische transparantie. De aansluitklem zorgt voor een veilige en efficiënte elektrische verbinding, terwijl de
kabelklemplaat met schroefconstructie trekontlasting en installatiestabiliteit waarborgt.
Voor installatie ondersteunt de PDS65 zowel hangende (pendant) als wandgemonteerde configuraties. Ophanging wordt gerealiseerd via de
ophangschroef en extra beveiligd met een veiligheidskabel voor secundaire bescherming. Wandinstallatie maakt gebruik van een speciale
wandmontagebeugel met bijbehorende achterkap voor een veilige en nette montage. Configuratiespecifieke achterkappen zijn voorzien om de
integriteit van de behuizing te behouden en de interne aansluitingen te beschermen.
