the correct internal or external position, based on the
type of bicycle:
- External triangle adapter (F) for road and time trial
bikes (130mm triangle) (Pic.14).
- Internal triangle adapter (F) for mountain bikes
(135mm triangle) (Pic. 15).
NOTE: the knurled side of the triangle adapter (F) must
be facing the bicycle dropout.
• Securely fix the bicycle to Real Turbo Muin B+ and
firmly close the quick release. The resulting pressure
should keep the bicycle dropouts locked to the Real Tur-
bo Muin B+.
• Check for stability by holding the bicycle top tube and
pulling and pushing by the saddle. If the bicycle is not
firmly fixed to Real Turbo Muin B+, further tighten the
quick release and close it.
• Place the Real Turbo Muin B+ + bicycle on a flat
surface.
• The feet of Elite hometrainers feature a variable de-
sign that adapts to any type of floor and ensures that
the bicycle is perfectly vertical when mounted on the
hometrainer. You can also select from 3 height levels
by simply switching the positions of the feet where they
contact the surface. 0mm (0 inches) is the standard po-
sition, with 3 mm (0.11 inches) and 6 mm (0.23 inches)
heights also available; see Pic. 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21.

COMPUTER BEFORE INSTALLING THE REAL
SOFTWARE
• Connect the charger to an electrical outlet and
plug the connector into the Real Turbo Muin B+ (pics
14 and 15). A slight vibration indicates that the sy-
stem is repositioning itself to the initial position. This
can last up to 15 seconds.

• Clamp the charger cable to the cable holder hook
(pics 22 and 23).

WITH ELITE
OR THIRD PARTIES APPS
Real Turbo Muin B+ connects to your smartphone /
tablet / cycle computer with ANT+™ and Bluetooth
Smart technology through the Elite My E-Training
app. Third parties apps can also be used.
Your smartphone / tablet / cycle computer must be
compatible with ANT+™ speed/cadence, ANT+™
trainer and Bluetooth Smart protocols.
Real Turbo Muin B+ works best with the ELITE My E-
Training app designed for smartphones and tablets,
but it's possible to use it with other apps compatible
with Bluetooth Smart and/or ANT+™ protocols. The-
re are also many last-gen ANT+™ protocol compati-
ble cycle computers / GPS devices that can read Real
Turbo Muin B+ data without using an app.
Not all Android and iOS devices are ANT+™ and/or
Bluetooth Smart compatible, to verify compatibility,
please check the manufacturer's device website or

USE OF THE SOFTWARE

• After installing the programme and USB drivers
the programme can be started.
• Double click the icon (
the programme.
• As soon as the Real Turbo Muin B+ software loads,
the USB key will begin searching for the roller and
the heart rate belt.
Note: this can last for several seconds.
WARNING
1) The resistance adjusts automatically based on the
type of software.
2) Real Turbo Muin B+ includes several training
modes. When first using the TRAINING PROGRAMS
mode, do not choose excessively high resistance
levels. Once you're accustomed to using the home
trainer, try additional training programs and shift
gears on your bicycle as you would on the road.
• Start pedalling. Ride very slowly at first and incre-
ase your speed gradually until you become familiar
with the features of Real Turbo Muin B+.
