PRODUCT USE:
On/off
-Press and hold the start button for 3 seconds to start the machine and enter the first
gear.
Force adjustment
-The initial gear for starting the machine is first gear.
-Click the start button once to increase the speed by one gear.
-The maximum gear is twelve, and clicking the start button once at twelve turns it off.
Note: In order to protect bones and muscle groups and avoid long-term fixed point
massage that may cause damage, it is advisable to turn on the intelligent protection
mode for 15 minutes and automatically stop it.

1、 Tap the switch on and off to display the number, which represents the amount of

2、 Press and hold the key for 3 seconds to start the machine. The default setting for
starting the machine is Gear 1. The digital display is 1. The display 2 represents
