6. Maintenance

Assuming that the PlasmaMade Carbon Airfilter has been installed according to the
instructions, it requires little maintenance.
If the outside becomes dirty with for example dust deposits, these may be cleaned off
simply using a vacuum cleaner.
There are no components that need to be replaced periodically.
You must follow the maintenance instructions of your extractor hood.
The grease filters must be of a good quality, always cleaned regularly and in order to
prevent contamination of the PlasmaMade Carbon Airfilter.

7. Faults

Malicious repairs are dangerous. You have a chance of scratches and
abrasions when you remove the filter yourself, and the carbon can
seriously pollute your clothing so leave it to a proffesional.

Solution
Check that the filter is mounted on the
exhaust hood (from the engine) of the hood.
