6. Pay attention to reposition all pieces following the
dismounting procedures in reverse order.
7. Tighten the hexagonal bolt (19) securely, but do not
over-tighten.
8. Be sure the spindle lock (5) is released so the
cutting wheel (4) turns freely.
9. Pull down the side guard (3) and lower the handle
(1) to make sure that the side guard (3) moves properly.
10. After the cutting wheel (4) is installed, switch on the
machine and let the cutting wheel (4) turn for a minute
to check if it turns without fluttering.
Replacing carbon brushes [F9]
The carbon brushes need to be regularly checked.
When carbon brushes become worn near the 'wear
limit' (minimum permissible length 5-6 mm), they must
be replaced. Both carbon brushes should be replaced
at the same time. Use only identical carbon brushes.
1. Remove the carbon brush holder cap (10) using a
screwdriver.
2. Take out the worn carbon brushes, insert the new
ones and secure the carbon brush holder cap (10).
3. Let the tool run idle for 10 minutes with the new
carbon brushes.
