This unit can be placed inside the trunk, under the
seat or underdash.
However, to avoid unnecessary
signal wiring, it is better to mount the PRA-H400 as
close as possible to the amplifiers.
If the permanent
mounting
location will not allow
changes in the adjustment
of the controls, the rest of
the sound system must be completely
installed, and
all the adjustments to the PRA-H400 should be made
before it is permanently
mounted
in its location.
Input and output wires may be temporarily
extended
in order to have the unit in a more accessible position
for adjustment.
Choosing a readily accessible Ioca-
tion will save having to remove the unit in order to
revise any of its adjustments.

The PRA-H 400 can be mounted by using self-tapping
screws or VelcroTM tape. Make sure you have all the
necessary
parts and tools, then begin mounting
according to one of the following
procedures.

Mounting:
1. Hold the PRA-H400
at its mounting
location

holes.
Make
sure
that
there
objects behind the surface where drilling

2. Drill holes and secure the unit With self-tapping
screws (M4 x14) supplied.

1. Remove the adhesive protective
paper from one
side Of the VelcroTM tape.
2. Attach theexposed
adhesivesideto
the underside
of the
PRA-H400,
in a central
location.

3. Make sure the mounting location is clean, dry and
free
from
contaminants.
4. Remove the protective strip from the other side of
the VelcroTM pad.
5. Press the unit onto its mounting location.
