Track eradicators
Tractor wheelings are eliminated by the track eradicators
which may be necessary during the preparation of a shallow
seed bed (example: beet).
Secondary linkage
The ROTERRA power harrow is a perfect machine for
combination with a second implement such as a seed drill or
planter. By means of a (mechanical) secondary linkage a
second machine is easily coupled to the ROTERRA power
harrow.
Hydraulic up-and-over linkage
A second implement which is coupled to the ROTERRA
power harrow by means of the hydraulic up-and-over linkage
is moved above the power harrow for transport which moves
the com- bination's centre of gravity considerably closer to
the tractor.
DUAL headstock
The DUAL headstock permits assembly of the ROTERRA
power harrow in the tractor's front linkage allowing the
attachment of a seed drill or planting machine to the rear
linkage of the tractor. This configuration ensures an optimum
distribution of weight. The ROTERRA power harrow can be
fitted with a front roller so that ground contours can be
followed independently of the tractor.
DUAL PLUS-kit
The ROTERRA 300-35 power harrow can be equipped with a
DUAL PLUS-kit comprising of the following com- ponents:
DUAL headstock, front roller, chassis beam in- cluding ridge
builders as well as a special tyre assembly for depth control.
The loose, crumbled soil is shaped into ridges. The tractor
drives on the firm soil in the "trenches" and the planting
machine places the seed potatoes in the preformed ridges.
