Preparing for use

The temperature of environment must not be higher than 40°C and the relative humidity should be less than
85%. Ensure good ventilation in the room in which the device is being used. There should be at least 10 cm
distance between each side of the device and the wall or other objects. The device should always be used when
positioned on an even, stable, clean, fireproof and dry surface, and be out of the reach of children and persons
with limited mental and sensory functions. Position the device such that you always have access to the power
plug. The power cord connected to the appliance must be properly grounded and correspond to the technical
details on the product label.
Disassemble the device and all its components that have direct contact with food and clean them before the
first use.

Device use

1. Check if all the packing material is being removed.
2. Plug the appliance into mains.
3. Place the ingredients in the mixing container. Close the lid firmly.
4. Place the mixing container onto the motor unit correctly.
5. Switch on the appliance motor (power switch or the pulse switch in the "ON" position).
6. Do not exceed 5 minutes when running at max speed! After that allowed turn off the appliance for 2
minutes to let it cool down.
7. The power switch on the control panel lets the appliance run continuously at a variable speed
determined setting of the speed adjustment knob. The pulse switch lets the appliance run at a full
speed. It stops when the button is released.
NOTE: the motor will automatically shut down if the mixing container is removed. To restart the
appliance please turn it first off (power or pulse switch in "OFF" position) and then place the container
properly on the base with drive again. Than You can resume work.
CAUTION: never place the container on the base while the motor is turned on, otherwise it can
damage the appliance drive and the mixing container!
8. Switch off the appliance (power or pulse switch in "OFF" position) and wait until it comes to a
complete stop before removing the container.
9. Unplug the appliance from the outlet when not in use.
