Meaning: AC output off
Explanation: Please charge/supply the device within the rated power range. Then, press
the AC button to restart the product. If a product with greater power is needed, please
contact customer service.

Code: E03
Meaning: DC output overvoltage/undervoltage
Explanation: Please charge/supply the device within the rated power range. Then, press
the On/Off button to restore the function. If the warning persists, contact customer
service.

Code: E04/E05/E06/E09
Meaning: Output overload protection
Explanation: When the warning is displayed, charge/supply the device within the rated
power range. Then, press the corresponding button to restart.

Code: E07
Meaning: DC output overload protection
Explanation: Please charge/supply the device within the rated power range of the DC
power supply. Then, press the On/Off button to restore the function.

Code: E08
Meaning: USB output overload protection
Explanation: Please charge/supply the device within the rated power range of USB, and
then press the On/Off button to restore the function. Remove the AC charging cable and
turn off the power supply. After a short period, reinsert the cable to resume charging.
Note: If any warning is displayed during product use and persists after restarting the device,
stop using the product immediately. Do not attempt to charge or discharge the device.
