ISO Connector A
Connect the red wire Connect the red wire to the car's accessory power. This is the wire that gets power
when the ignition is turned on. When the ignition is off, there should be no power on this wire. The red
wire ensures that the radio turns on and off automatically with the car and prevents the car battery from
draining.
Connect the yellow wire Connect the yellow wire to a constant power source. This is the wire that
always has power, even when the ignition is off. This wire keeps the radio's memory intact, such as
saved stations and paired phones.
Connect the black wire Connect the black wire to the car's ground (-). This also applies to the black
wire from the 12-pin connector (position 9).
Connect the blue wire (only for an electric antenna) If your car has an electric antenna that needs
power, connect it to the blue wire. The blue wire provides power when the radio is turned on. If your car
doesn't have an electric antenna, insulate the blue wire to prevent short circuits.
