Video signal: Connect the camera's video output to the RCAM-VIN input on the radio.
Front Camera (FRONT)
•
Power supply for the camera: Connect the green power wire from the 12-pin connector (position 5) to
the camera's power input. The camera will activate when you switch to the front camera using the
control screen.
•
Video signal: Connect the camera's video output to the FCAM-VIN input on the radio.
No cameras installed?
If no cameras are installed, ensure that the pink and green wires from the 12-pin connector are properly
insulated to prevent short circuits.
SWC (Steering Wheel Control)
If your car is equipped with steering wheel controls, connect the orange/black wire (SWC-1/Key-1) and the
brown wire (SWC-2/Key-2) from the 16-pin connector (positions 4 and 11) to the corresponding connections in
your car. To configure the steering wheel controls further, follow the instructions in the setup menu of the
device.
Note: Due to the wide variety of systems, it is possible that the steering wheel control may not be compatible
with your car, or not support all functions
Extra In/Output connections
Connections on the back of the radio
The radio has several extra input and output connections on the back:
•
V-OUT1 & V-OUT2: These are video outputs where you can connect additional screens.
•
AUX-VIN: This is the video input for an extra device. You can select this device as a source in the radio
menu.
•
AUX-L & AUX-R: These are the left (AUX-L) and right (AUX-R) audio inputs that go with the extra video
input (AUX-VIN). They provide the sound for the video you've connected.
•
FR & FL: These are the audio outputs for the front speakers. You can connect an amplifier here using
RCA cables.
•
RR & RL: These are the audio outputs for the rear speakers. You can also connect an amplifier here
using RCA cables.
•
SUB: This is a separate audio output specifically for connecting an active subwoofer.
Note: If you are using external amplifiers, connect the blue wire from the 12-pin connector (position 4) to
automatically switch them on and off with the radio.
