4.1 Assembling quartz glass and lamp
When assembling the lamp and the quartz follow these steps:
1. Put the spring inside the quartz glass and then put in the lamp
2. Slide the stainless steel clamp ring over the quartz glass
3. First place one o-ring, then the plastic clamping bush and then another o-ring around the quartz glass
4. Push the quartz glass completely inside the stainless steel fitting until it cannot go any further
5. Hand tighten the stainless steel clamp ring around the fitting so it is fixed in place
All adjustments, actions and controls must be documented in the logbook.

When system went in operation or when a UVC lamp is replaced make a comment in the log book to replace the lamp
again in 16.000 hours (22 months).
