Before operating the unit, please read this manual thoroughly and retain it
for future reference.
Features
• Compact size with stand.
• Supplied holding clip for Net communication (meeting, etc. ).
• High quality sound (monaural).

Precautions
• This microphone is a precision instrument. Never disassemble.
• Keep the microphone away from extremely high temperatures and
humidity (above 60 °C or 140 °F).
• The microphone should never be dropped or subjected to extreme shock
since it is very sensitive.
• When using the microphone outdoors, avoid exposing it to rain or
seawater. Clean the plug and case with a soft, dry cloth should they
become dirty.
• If the microphone is placed near loudspeakers, a howling effect (acoustic
feedback) may occur because it catches sound from the speakers again.
In such a case, place the microphone as far as possible from the
speakers, change the direction of the microphone, or decrease the
speaker volume until the howling effect stops.
• If the microphone becomes dirty, clean with a soft, dry cloth.
• Always hold the plug when disconnecting. Pulling the cord may cause it
to snap.
As this system uses a mini plug, the same sound is recorded on both left
and right channels when connected to a stereo tape recorder.

How to use
Connecting to a PC or IC recorder with
plug-in power
The power of the microphone is supplied by the connected equipment.
Attaching the microphone stand to the
microphone

Insert the post in the hole of the base the correct way.
(See fig. B–1.)

Clip the microphone in the microphone holder, aligning the
groove and ridge. (See fig. B–2.)

Insert the cord in the groove of the base to secure it.
(See fig. B–3.)

Connect the mini plug to the input of the equipment to be
connected. (See fig. B–4.)

Clip the holder into the groove of the microphone body.

Précautions
• Ce microphone est un instrument de précision. Ne jamais le démonter.
• N'exposez pas le micro à des températures excessives ou à l'humidité
(au-delà de 60 °C ou 140 °F).
• Ne laissez pas tomber le micro et ne l'exposez pas à des chocs violents
car il est très sensible.
• Lorsque vous utilisez le micro à l'extérieur, évitez de l'exposer à la pluie
ou à l'eau de mer. Nettoyez la fiche et le coffret avec un chiffon doux et
sec s'ils sont sales.
• Si le micro se trouve à proximité de haut-parleurs, un effet Larsen
(rétroaction acoustique) peut se produire car il capte de nouveau le son
des haut-parleurs. En pareil cas, éloignez le micro au maximum des
haut-parleurs, changez son orientation ou diminuez le volume des haut-
parleurs jusqu'à ce que l'effet Larsen cesse.
• Si le micro est sale, nettoyez-le avec un chiffon doux et sec.
• Débranchez toujours le microphone en tirant sur la fiche et non pas sur le
cordon. Il pourrait se couper.
Etant donné que ce système utilise une mini-fiche, le même son est
enregistré à la fois sur les canaux gauche et droit en cas de raccordement à
un magnétocassette stéréo.

Besondere Merkmale

Zur besonderen Beachtung
• Das Mikrofon besteht aus Präzisionsteilen. Zerlegen Sie es auf keinen
Fall.
• Schützen Sie das Mikrofon vor extrem hohen Temperaturen (über 60 °C)
und hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit.
• Das Mikrofon ist sehr empfindlich. Lassen Sie es nicht fallen und setzen
Sie es keinen heftigen Stößen aus.
• Schützen Sie das Mikrofon bei Verwendung im Freien vor Regen und
Meerwasser. Entfernen Sie Verschmutzungen am Stecker und am
Gehäuse mit einem weichen, trockenen Tuch.
• Wenn das Mikrofon in der Nähe von Lautsprechern verwendet wird,
kann es zu einer akustischen Rückkopplung (Heulton) kommen, da der
Ton von den Lautsprechern erneut aufgenommen wird. Stellen Sie in
diesem Fall das Mikrofon möglichst weit von den Lautsprechern entfernt
auf, ändern Sie die Ausrichtung des Mikrofons oder verringern Sie die
Lautstärke der Lautsprecher, bis der Heulton aufhört.
• Reinigen Sie das Mikrofon, wenn es verschmutzt ist, mit einem weichen,
trockenen Tuch.
• Fassen Sie beim Lösen des Kabels stets am Stecker an. Ziehen Sie
niemals am Kabel, da es sonst beschädigt werden kann.
Dieses Gerät ist mit einem Ministecker ausgestattet. Wird es an einen
Stereokassettenrecorder angeschlossen, wird auf dem linken und dem
rechten Kanal der gleiche Ton aufgezeichnet.

Das Mikrofon wird vom angeschlossenen Gerät mit Strom versorgt.
Anbringen des Mikrofonständers am Mikrofon

Setzen Sie den Stab korrekt in die Bohrung am Standfuß
ein (siehe Abb. B–1).

Klemmen Sie das Mikrofon in den Mikrofonhalter, indem
Sie Kerbe und Kante aneinander ausrichten (siehe Abb.
B–2).

Klemmen Sie das Kabel in die Kerbe am Standfuß, so dass
es fixiert ist (siehe Abb. B–3).

Verbinden Sie den Ministecker mit dem Eingang an dem
Gerät, an das das Mikrofon angeschlossen werden soll
(siehe Abb. B–4).
Bringen Sie das Mikrofon am Ansteckclip an

Klemmen Sie den Halter in die Kerbe am Mikrofongehäuse
(siehe Abb. C).

Verbinden Sie den Ministecker mit dem Eingang an dem
