WIRELESS SETUP
1. Press and hold the Power Button for 2 seconds to turn
on the headset.
2. Press and release the Bind Button on the Xbox Series X|S or
Xbox One and the Xbox logo will start to blink.
3. Press and hold the Bind Button for 2 seconds on the headset
and the Power Button LED will start to blink quickly.
4. The Power Button LED will change to solid white once
pairing is successful.
5. Insert the microphone and bend to position it in front of
your mouth.
6. Press the Microphone Mute Button to mute the
microphone. The Microphone LED will turn red.
7. Press and hold the Microphone Mute Button for 2 seconds to
turn mic monitoring OFF or ON.
8. Adjust the volume by turning the Volume Control Dial on
the left ear cup.
9. Adjust the game/chat balance by turning the Game/Chat
Balance Dial on the right ear cup.
10. FOR XBOX: Go to (Settings) > (General) > (Volume & audio
output) and under (Headset Format) choose your preferred
setting.
NOTE: Windows 10 requires the Xbox Wireless Adapter (either built
into the PC or sold separately).
WIRED SETUP
1. Connect orange end of 3.5mm cable into the headset,
and black end into your device. NOTE: The audio cable is
one-way and must be connected correctly. The orange end
connects to the headset's orange input, and the black end
connects into your device.
2. Insert the microphone and bend to position it in front of
your mouth.
3. Adjust the volume by turning the Volume Control Dial on
the inline controller of the 3.5mm audio cable.
4. Slide the Microphone Mute Button on the inline controller
of the 3.5mm audio cable to mute the microphone.
5. FOR XBOX: Go to (Settings) > (General) > (Volume & audio
output) and under (Headset Format) choose your preferred
setting.
6. FOR PC: If your PC uses separate connectors for audio
(pink and green) a headset splitter cable is needed (sold
separately).
7. FOR NINTENDO SWITCH: Game chat is supported either
in-game or through the Nintendo Switch Online App and
varies by game. Adjust volume on the Nintendo Switch
console using the physical + and – volume buttons, or via
the Quick Settings screen.
8. FOR PS4™: Go to (Settings) > (Devices) > (Audio Devices)
and set the "Output to Headphones" option to "All Audio".
9. FOR PS5™: Go to (Settings) > (Sound) > (Audio Output) and
set "Output Device" to "Controller Headset".
NOTE: In Wired Mode, you control the headset's functions
using the inline controller on the audio cable. The headset's
buttons only work in Wireless Mode.
CHARGING
1. Plug the Micro USB end of the cable into the headset and
the other end of the cable into a USB power source.
2. While charging the Power Button LED will pulse orange, and
then turn off when fully charged.
3. When the battery level is under 10%, the Power Button LED
will start blinking orange.
NOTE: Remember to charge your headset at least once every
60 – 90 days when either the low battery indicator is active,
or the battery is depleted so that the battery retains its
ability to charge. Remember to fully charge the headset
at least once a year if the headset will not be used for an
extended period of time so that the battery retains its ability
to charge. Battery capacity will gradually reduce over time
with repeated charging.
