6. While lights are flashing, pressdesired program. Lightwill illuminate
for program selected.
7. For "VVHITERICE"and "VVHOLEGRAIN" programs, the rice cooker
will adjust cooking time throughoutthe cooking cycle based on the
amountof rice and moisturein the pot. NOTE: Youmay notice that
cooker will place a hold on the time or significantly decreasecooking
time as the moisturecontentchanges.
8. When finished cooking, the rice cooker will switchto "warm" mode.
Thismode will last up to 12 hours before it automaticallyturnsoff.
9. NOTE: Do not warm rice for more than 12 hours. It is recommended
to consumethe rice within a twelve-hourperiod. If the warm mode is
not desired, simply unplug the rice cooker from the wall.
I O. For best results,let the cooked rice sit for 15 minutesbefore stirring
or removing. Thisallows the steamto finish the cooking process.

I . Placecooking pot securelyinto the base. NOTE: Make sure bottom
of cooking pot is not bent or warped, or it will not conduct heat
correctly.
2. Add oil and butter into the pot.
3. Connectthe appliance to the outlet. Press"WARM" buttonto
activate the unit. Press "SAUTE" within
deactivate itself.
