Insert/replace foil cassette
Insert the media cassette into the holder. Pull the holder
slightly upward and let the cassette snap into the guide

Feed the medium with the printable side facing up
through the media sensor and place the front edge onto
the roller (1). Adjust the media guides to match the label
width (2).

Safety instructions
• Do not disassemble the labeling system. Read this user manual before you use it.
• Turn off the power immediately if a malfunction occurs. Disconnect the charging cable at once if the device or the charging
cable starts to smoke or emit an odor.
• Do not use the labeling system at gas stations or near flammable objects.
• Use original foils to ensure good print quality and a long device lifespan.
• Charge the labeling system regularly if it is not used for a longer period to protect the battery.
• The device must be protected from moisture when the case is open. When the case is closed, the device has protection
class IP-54.
Maintenance
• External cleaning and label compartment: Wipe the labeling system from the outside and the label compartment inside
carefully with a cloth dampened with water.
• Internal cleaning: Clean the output roller and the print head regularly, especially when print quality decreases.
• We recommend our MaxClean cleaning wipes for safe and correct maintenance work. We also offer a maintenance service,
just contact us.

Press the printhead release button to open the printhead
Note: The black mark sensor is movable, the gap sensor
is fixed. Make sure the gap or black mark is positioned so
the sensor can detect it correctly.
