● High sound-pressure levels - listening at high volume
levels for extended periods can damage hearing.Read
this user guide and follow all instructions, it will help
you set up and operate your speakers properly.
● Floor spikes - some Ruark speakers and stands are
supplied with floor spikes which can cause injury or
damage delicate surfaces if not handled and used with
care.
● Speakers on stands - speakers mounted on floor
stands should always have adhesive silicone feet
fitted to prevent them slipping off the speaker stand.
Speakers mounted on stands without silicone feet
could fall and cause injury.
● Heed all warnings and keep this user guide for future
reference.
● Do not attempt to use a damaged speaker as this could
result in damage to the amplifier or even a fire.
● Do not open the speakers or remove any panels to
expose the electronics. No user serviceable parts
inside.
● Refer all servicing to qualified service personnel.
● Do not place any naked flames, such as lighted candles,
on or near the speakers. Do not install near any heat
sources such as radiators, stoves, or other devices that
produce heat.
● Avoid exposure to extreme heat or cold.
● Only use attachments/accessories specified for this
device. Make no modifications to the speakers or
accessories. Unauthorised alterations may compromise
safety, regulatory compliance, and speaker
performance.
● Do not install these speakers in a confined space.
Always leave a space of at least 10cm around them for
ventilation.
