Rheosol. If necessary, wipe it dry with a soft cloth. For the
'pin attachment', we specifically recommend a non-alcoholic
disinfectant spray. For the sensory-roller max,we specifically
recommend a non-alcoholicdisinfectant spray. In case of
dirt or if otherwise necessary, clean the attachments with
a brush and a neutral cleaner under running water before
disinfecting. For domestic, non-clinical use, clean the attach-
ments with a damp cloth, under running water or in a mild
soapy solution.
Allow the attachments to dry completely before using them
with the appliance again.
8. Contraindications / Side Effects
Treatments with the novafon sound wave devices are not
permitted for patients with:
· Open wounds / eczema (in the body region to be treated)
· Arteriosclerosis (in the body region being treated)
· Current episodes of epilepsy
· Pregnancy
· Implants (in the body region being treated)
· Heart pacemakers and defibrillators
· Thromboses (in the body region being treated)
· Brain pacemakers
· Cardiac arrhythmia
· Tumours, cancerous and not cancerous
· Acute inflammations (in the body region being treated)
· Acute episodes of inflammatory diseases
Side effects:
Please note that in rare cases the following side effects may
occur:
· Increased pain/unpleasant sensation (occasional)
· Discomfort/ dizziness/ restlessness (occasional)
· Skin irritation (rare)
· Bruising (very rare)
· Reflexes/ involuntary muscle contractions (rare)
· Sore muscles (rare)
