3.1 Intended Use

novafon devices and accessories are designed to relieve
pains and aid in relaxation of muscles to alleviate symp-
toms of:
· Temporary and transient pain of the musculoskeletal
system
· Chronical pain of the musculoskeletal system
· Neuro Rehabilitation (sensory and motor skills)
3.2 Typical Indications For Use
Note: Vibration therapy primarily relieves symptoms, but
does not cure the underlying disease. The product is not
intended to replace a doctor's visit.
Note: Local vibration therapy for neurological disorders
must only be used by specialised personnel (therapists,
doctors, nursing staff) or after thorough instruction by a
specialist.
In all cases, local vibration therapy is used as an element in
a holistic therapy plan in which muscle relaxation and musc-
le activation are required for further exercises and training
elements. Before using the attachments, please also obser-
ve all information from the operating instructions of your
novafon sound wave device. Mind the contraindications as
named in chapter 8 as well as the instructions in chapter 4.
