OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Remove the kettle from the base, open the lid and fill it with cold water (the water level must be within the MIN-
MAX watermarks inside of the kettle). Close the lid properly.
2. Place the kettle on a stand in a dry and level place. The electrical contacts will connect automatically. Thanks to the
central connector design, the kettle can turn around 360° and can be placed on the base from any side.
3. Connect the base to the mains. An audible signal will sound, all indicators and the temperature display will flash,
and then the display will light steadily and show the current temperature. The kettle is in standby mode and ready
for operation.
4. When the On/Off button is pressed, an audible signal will sound, the temperature display and the 100 °C indicator
will flash 2 times simultaneously and then flash steadily and the water will start boiling at 100 °C.
5. If you want to select one of the preset temperatures (45, 55, 75, 85, 90 °C), press the Keep Warm button to scroll
through the temperatures, the selected temperature indicator will flash during selection, after a few seconds the
kettle will automatically start boiling water. During heating, the corresponding indicator will be permanently lit,
the other indicators are off. When heating is complete, you will be alerted by a beep twice and the kettle will
automatically switch to Keep Warm mode. The indicator for the selected temperature will be lit, if the indicator is
flashing, it waits until the temperature drops to the preset temperature. To cancel the Keep Warm mode, press the
On/Off button - all indicators will appear on the display.
6. When the boiling point is reached (100°C) you will be alerted by a 2x beep and the kettle will go into standby mode.
7. Remove the kettle from the base and use the water.
8. All indicators and the temperature display will be on for 20 minutes, then an audible signal will sound and the
display will go off. To turn the display off immediately, hold down the On/Off button for 5 seconds. If you press the
On/Off or Keep Warm button, the display will light up again.
9. Disconnect the appliance from the mains after use.
Note:
• If you need to reheat the water that has just been boiled, wait approximately 30 second before switching on the
kettle again.
• Boiling water can be interrupted by pressing the On/Off button or by removing the kettle from the base.
• A few drops of water appearing on the base of the kettle after use is not a sign of a defect. It is a small amount of
condensed water, which deactivates the kettle thermostat.
• The kettle has a Keep Warm function, which is automatically switched on for 2 hours after the water has been
heated to the desired temperature. If you lift the kettle off the base and put it back on the base during Keep Warm
mode, Keep Warm mode is still active. When the Keep Warm mode ends (after 2 hours after the water has been
heated to the desired temperature), an audible signal sounds twice and the kettle enters standby mode.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Caution!
Before each cleaning of the appliance, unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet! Make sure the appliance has
cooled before handling it!
To clean the surface of the appliance, use only a damp cloth, no detergents or hard objects, as they can damage the
surface of the appliance!
Never clean the appliance under running water, do not rinse it or immerse it in water!
Descaling
During normal use, deposition of impurities from water occurs. Use commercially available descaling agents to clean
them (follow the manufacturer's instructions).
Note: Remove the deposits regularly, approximately once a week, depending on the water hardness and frequency of
use. The deposits significantly reduce the heating capacity and the lifespan of the appliance.
