Before use:
• Degrease the inner surface of the socket.
• Rough up the inner surface of the socket from time to time with a sanding paper for
example.
• Use the tool in a ambient temperature of more than 20°C do avoid that sockets will
crack. Heat up the sockets in low ambient temperature until they are lukewarm.
Removal Instruction:
• The socket you intend to use should fit the
related wheel lock approx. half the way over
the head. Pls. try several sockets until you
figured out the related one. As the sockets
are conical you are in the position to match
any wheel lock by reducing the length of the
socket individually with a sanding paper for
example.
• Centre the socket and hit it with the
enclosed rod by using a 1.000 gr.
hammer until the socket is blocked on
the wheel lock.
• The socket and the blocked wheel lock
can now be unscrewed with a regular
wheel wrench. Do not use a impact
wrench.
• In case that the socket loose the grip to
early, please repeat the first step and hit
the socket on the wheel lock again.
• Afterwards you can release the wheel
lock from the socket by using the related
enclosed rod.
