7 | Storage and tips

power outage:
•
Keep door opening and closing to a minimum.
•
Avoid placing new items in the cooler to the minimum, as this would
increase the temperature in the compartment.
If not used for a long time:
•
Remove all items from the compartment and unplug the power cord
from the wall outlet.
•
Clean the inside of the compartment and wipe off all the water.
•
To avoid mold and bad smells, leave the door open to allow the
compartment to dry completely.
Transport:
•
Disconnect the power plug from the wall socket.
•
When moving the cooler, make sure that the feet do not damage the
power cord.
•
Do not let your feet hit stairs, door thresholds , etc.
Storage when not in use:
•
Place a piece of wood or similar between the door and the main unit
to prevent the door from closing completely.
•
Make sure that the unused cooler is not stored in a place where
children play.
•
If a child gets into the compartment and the door closes , he or she
will not be able to open the door from the inside.
