❖ MAINTENANCE AND STORAGING:
1. Regularly check the product for broken or damaged parts. If you find any, do not use the product, until you remove the
damage.
2. In case of damage, please contact the trade agent, which you bought the product from or the importer.
3. Do not repair by yourself! Do not make any modifications or changes over the product! This can threaten your child's
health.
4. Regularly check whether the main parts of the car are in good condition (steering wheel, main corpse and wheels).
5.Keep the product from prolong exposure on sunlight, as also from heating sources.
6. Storage on dry and windy place, away from direct heating sources – open fires, cooking ovens and heating appliances.
V. PARTS OF THE PRODUCT
On the table on page 1 are shown the following parts of the product: W – front and rear plastic wheels; CB – car body; VS
– steering column; RB – rear support for the axle; B – backrest; SW – steering wheel; WC – wheel cover; A – front and rear
axle; SF – package with bushings, screws, washers and cotter pins.
VI.INSTRUCTIONS FOR ASSEMBLING OF THE PRODUCT
•Carefully read the instructions before starting to assemble the product.
•Follow exactly the separate steps of assembling and check after each action whether you have fixed the separate parts
well.
•The schemes in this manual are only illustrative. The manufacturer keeps his right to change the way of assembling the
product, without to notifying the customer in advance.
1.Step 1 – Attaching the rear and front wheels – See Figures 1, 2, 3 and 4: Slide the front fork through the opening in 1 of
the wheels. Then attach a bushing to the axle. Slide the axle through the steering column. Attach a bushing to the axle,
then the second front wheel and a washer. Fix the wheel with a cotter pin. Then fix the rear support to the car body. Slide
the rear axle through one of the rear wheels and attach a bushing to the axle. Then slide the axle to the rear support.
Attach a bushing to the other end of the rear axle, the second rear wheel and a washer. Fix with cotter pin.
❖Note: The wheels may be separated each in 2 part – front and rear. Attach them to the each other before attaching the
wheels to the axles.
2.Step 2 – Installing the steering wheel – See Figures 5 and 6: Insert the upper end of the steering column through the
opening in the front part of the car body. Place the steering wheel on top of the fork. Align the openings for the fixing
screw on the steering wheel and steering fork. Fix it using screw, nut and screwdriver.
3. Step 3 – Installing the backrest – See Figure 7: Place the backrest in the back part of the car body. Press carefully down
until it is fixed.
4. Step 4 – Attach the wheel covers to the wheels – See figure 8: Attach the wheel covers to the wheels. The pins of the
covers must enter the corresponding openings in the wheels. Press carefully to fix the covers.
VII. REPLACEMENT OF THE BATTERIES
1.WARNING! Replacement of batteries should be performed in the absence of children!
2.The batteries are not included in the set.
3.Remove the screw of the lid of the battery compartment with a screwdriver and set it aside. The battery compartment
is situated on the steering wheel.
4.After that place 2 x AA 1.5 V batteries in the compartment, make sure that you observe the respective polarity (+/-)
when you place them, it is indicated on the scheme "REPLACEMENT OF THE BATTERIES" and also, at the bottom of the
compartment.
5.Replace the cover of the battery compartment and secure it with the screw.
