4. Set the temperature dial to the desired
setting depending on the fabric of the
garment. The temperature indicator will then
light on and the iron will start to heat up.
When selecting the temperature, refer to the
"IRONING TIPS" and "ADDENDUM TABLE"
sections below.
5. The water in the steam generator will heat
up, after a few minutes the temperature
indicator will turn off. This indicates that the
base temperature has reached the selected
temperature. When the default steam rate
indicator stops flashing and starts to be
steadily on, it indicates that the iron is ready
to steam iron the garment.
6. Press the steam trigger with a little force
and steam will be sprayed continuously
from the base. You can then steam iron the
garment. When hard creases need to be
removed, press the steam trigger twice within
1 second to activate the steam spray.
7. After ironing, press the power button
for about 2 seconds, the appliance and all
indicators will turn off. Disconnect the plug
from the wall socket. But the base is still hot,
never touch it with your hand, place it on
the heat insulation stand until it cools down
completely.
Note: When the temperature is at the second
setting or lower, water dripping may occur
during steam spraying. This is a normal
situation. Caution: Never touch the hot base
before it cools down!

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Cut off the power and allow the appliance to
cool down before cleaning.
1. Do not use scouring powder or solution to
clean a coated base plate as it may damage
the coating.
If man-made fibers stick to the base, set the
iron to the "MAX" position and iron over a
clean piece of cotton to remove the deposit
from the surface.
2. To clean the outer surface, allow the unit to
cool down and wipe with a damp cloth and
mild detergent. Then dry it.
3. When you will not use the appliance for
a long time, drain the water from the water
tank and place the iron on the heat insulation
stand. Then push the iron lock to the "
position to lock it firmly.
Note: Once the iron is properly locked into
the unit base, the entire steam station can be
lifted up by holding the handle of the iron.
4. Follow the procedure below to insert the
steam supply hose and power cord along
the cord winding slot. Firstly, fold the steam
supply hose in half and wind it along the
cord winding slot. Then secure it in the cord
winding slot. Secondly, fold the power cord
in half and wind it along the cord winding
slot, then secure it in the cord winding slot
(See Figure 5).
