Clean the product with a soft, slightly damp (not wet) cloth. Removethe graduated

do not immersethe scale body in water. The scale is not waterproof.
All plastic parts should be cleaned immediatelyafter contact with grease, spices,vine-
gar and very tasty/coloured foods. Avoid contact with citrusjuices.
Always usethe scale on a hard, flat surface.DO NOT useit on a carpet.
DO NOT damage, hit,or drop the scale.

Store the scale in a cool, dry place.
If the scale cannot be turned on, check the condition of the batteries,whetherthey have
been installed, or whetherthey are discharged.
