Put the charcoal/ Briquettes
into the charcoal
direct cooking as shown on
Diagram 1below.

1.Put on the separation panels
as shown on Diagram 3 below
2. Put the charcoal/ Briquettes
into the charcoal basket for
indirect cooking as shown
on Diagram 2 below.
