Q1.What does it mean when the screen displays no data and the value is
displayed as "--"?
A1:"--" means it is on measuring now. You need to wait at least 10 minutes
for the first measurement.
Q2.If the battery level is too low, the device will automatically shut down.
Will the recorded data be lost?
A2: No,the recorded data can't be lost.Plug it into the power supply and
charge it until it can be turned on normally. Connect to the computer to
copy the PDF file from the USB flash drive, then you can view the historical
data before the power off.
Q3.I can't view the data on the USB flash drive after the device is
connected to the computer, what should I do?
A3: ①Refresh the computer and wait a few moments, check if the USB
cable is normal.
②Check if the USB cable is damaged or the connector is loose.
Q4.Alpha particles turn on, but why can't you hear them?
A4： If you turn off the sound and enter silent mode, the particle alarm sound
