• Ensure that the function button is set to position 0 before unplugging the appliance from the
mains supply. Plugging in the power plug with position I or II on may lead to injury. Always set the
function button to position 0 when you have finished working.
• Danger of injury! Using a reflective nozzle that is not suitable for the appliance may lead to burns.
Use only the original accessories for your model as listed in this Instruction manual.
• Danger of injury and fire! The hot air tool is dangerous for children. Keep the tool out of the reach
of children.
• Danger of overheating! Improper handling can lead to heat accumulation and thus damage to the
appliance. Do not use the appliance when it is horizontal or facing downwards. The air inlet open-
ing and the nozzle must not be covered. Only use nozzles suitable for the appliance.
Application
The unit is a very versatile electric tanning machine that can be used for many different applications
such as:
• paint removal
• thawing metal water pipes,
• moulding and welding of plastics,
• reducing heat shrink tubing,
• soldering.
