Product is not intended to carry full body weight. Do not lean against, hang from, sit or stand on this equipment.
Ensure the height is properly adjusted for user´s ability level.
Stop exercising immediately if you experience discomfort like feeling pain, having difficulty breathing.
Do not exceed the maximum user weight of 180 kgs.
